Service Manager – Semiconductor Equipment – Hybrid – IM3355

Job Outline:

Now is an exciting time to join a growing provider of semiconductor equipment, who are looking for a Service Manager.

Working from home, in this hybrid role, you will support customers, from the point of order, with the planning of delivery, installations and post installation support.

As a Service Manager, your mission will be to deliver an exceptional end-user experience, setting the industry standard for timely acceptance, and establishing strong customer relationships with a unified voice.

Establishing strong working relationships with Sales, Operations, Process, and Customer teams, you will continuously refine and improve processes to meet customer requirements.

Assuming ownership of each project from the point of order you will project manage the customers tools through build, shipping, delivery, installation and commissioning.

Where necessary, you will organise site visits / local inspections prior to, and post installation and commissioning.

Post installation you will manage the sign-off specification to customer agreement.

As Service Manager, you are responsible for all activities from system sale, throughout the build, to delivery and installation, commissioning and post installation support.

Experience:

As the successful Service Manager, you should have experience developing customer relationships in a global market.

An understanding of manufacturing processes and how to drive delivery is also preferred.

Semiconductor or similar high value capital equipment background is desirable.

Qualifications:

Ideally you will have a Business and/or technical qualification coupled with Project Management experience and/or qualifications.

Additional Information:

Candidates MUST be eligible to live and work in the UK. Copies of Passport and Visa will be requested for verification.

You should be prepared to visit the main UK offices in Bristol as and when required.
