We are looking for a Front of House Operative to join us at Newcastle United Football Clubs Training Ground.

A few things about you

Our Front of House team is at the heart of everything we do, so it’s important that fantastic customer service is always at the forefront! If you are a friendly, and approachable individual with great communication skills, this would be the perfect role for you!
Package Description

 •  40 hours per week
 •  £12.00 Per hour
 •  5 days out of 7 per week

 •  To partake in training as required by both legislation and the company.
 •  To assist with setup prior to player/staff arrival, ensuring all necessary equipment is in place.
 •  To ensure the preparation of all service areas, the quality of service and standards of hygiene within the catering facility conforms to company standards.
 •  To ensure the preparatory work for all events is completed in a timely manner.
 •  To work efficiently and ensure all mis en place, adhering to company working practices.
 •  To complete any task assigned by a supervisor, working proactively at all times.
 •  To ensure that player and staff requirements and satisfaction are met throughout the day, with the highest possible level of customer service provided and food and beverage orders taken as required.
 •  Working in adherence with Food Allergens information and service procedures.
 •  To remain attentive to players/staff needs, working in a timely manner to minimise any wait times.

The Ideal Candidate

Essential:

 •  Ability to remain calm under pressure, and follow instructions.
 •  Excellent communication skills, with a ‘Can do’ attitude, and ability to work within a team.
 •  Experience working front of house, with the capability to deliver the highest quality customer service.
 •  Ability to work efficiently, and thrive within a busy environment.
 •  The ability to memorise orders

Desirable:

 •  Experience working within sports and leisure/stadia.
