Primary school Caretaker:
Key Info about job role:
Full time role.
Must have experience as a Caretaker or Site Manager.
£90-£100 per day.
Enhanced DBS.
Key duties:
Maintaining and securing the school premises
Carrying out basic repairs and performing DIY tasks
Cleaning or supervising cleaning of facilities
Managing security and access to the site
Supervising external contractors
Planning for site development and usage
Setting maintenance and repair priorities
Opening and locking the building
Assisting teaching staff with setting up facilities
Performing security checks and reporting incidents
Ensuring cleanliness and tidiness of the school and grounds.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
