Salary - £50,000 + £5000 OTE Bonus

The home can accommodate up to 5 Young people, all the Children & Young People we support have a learning disability, Autism, epilepsy and can display some associated behaviours. Many of our children (not all) are non-verbal or have limited communication and will communicate with us through different methods such as picture boards, Smartbox devices and Makaton.

We ask in return is that the applicants come with 3 + years’ experience in Children’s Care and hold NVQ/QCFL5 or equivalent or be willing to work towards a relevant management qualification alongside an attitude of inspiration, motivation, dedication and the ability to celebrate achievement for all our children and staff colleagues.Bringing our plans to life will be exciting and intense, with enthusiasm, creativity and a hands-on approach, the reward and satisfaction will be second to none.
