Job Title: Teaching Assistant - Drama Graduate

Location:

Redhill, Surrey

Job Type:

Contract, expected to work within school hours 5 days per week (Flexible)

Salary:

£85 - £95 Per day (DOE)

Job Duties:

Provide support to teachers in delivering engaging lessons
Assist students with special educational needs (SEN) in the classroom
Work with children in Key Stage 1 (KS1), Key Stage 2 (KS2), and Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
Offer learning support to individuals and small groups

Education:

Educated in Drama or related field

Experience:

Prior experience working as a teaching assistant or in a similar role

Knowledge and Skills:

Understanding of SEN and strategies to support students (desirable)
Knowledge of KS1, KS2, and EYFS curriculum
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Working Conditions:

Full-Time hours, contract position
Work within a school environment
Collaborate with teaching staff and SEN coordinators
