We are working with a well known Polymer Production company with their Extrusion and Production Operative positions in Hartlepool .
Duties will include
Operate the equipment as trained.
Report any equipment issues to the management and maintenance team immediately.
Maintain the working environment to the recognized acceptable standards at all times.
Ensure the daily performance and stoppage reports are completed accurately and returned as required.
Ensure the KPI (key performance Indicator) targets are met and where possible surpassed.
Work collaboratively with the team including colleagues from all shifts.
Show flexibility by working on multiple areas when asked to undergo the relevant training.
Work to strict health and safety procedures EXPERIENCE/BACKGROUND
Experience in one of the following disciplines would be desirable
Extrusion operative
Wash line Operative
Baler Operative
Sorting line Operative (Picking)
FLT loading containers
FLT clamp truck operative
Bobcat or bucket shovel driver
Excellent English, written and oral (essential)Shifts- Days- 12 hour shift
Salary between £10.72 and £12.40 per hour depending on Job role
