Responsibilities:
As a Children's Residential Support Worker, you will:
 •  Provide primary care tailored to the individual needs of children and young people.
 •  Contribute to creating a safe and stimulating environment where children can thrive.
 •  Perform domestic duties to maintain a high standard of living within the home.
 •  Support children and young people in exploring their interests and making informed choices.
 •  Plan and organize daily activities, celebrations, and special events.
 •  Participate in holidays and various physical activities with the children.
 •  Work directly with children in accordance with individual care plans and strategies.
 •  Requirements:
 •  Empathy and understanding towards children and young people.
 •  Ability to maintain clear boundaries while providing support and guidance.
 •  Strong teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
 •  Flexibility in working hours and responsibilities.
 •  Willingness to undergo a DBS check before commencing work.
Wages:
Entry-level Support Workers: £11.44 per hour, with opportunities for overtime and bonuses.
Qualified Level 3 Children and Young People's Practitioners: £12.50 per hour, with opportunities for overtime and bonuses.
Experienced Qualified (3 Year +): £13.62 per hour, with opportunities for overtime and bonuses.
