Our highly regarded client is looking for a part time bookkeeper to work in their busling office in the heart of West Yorkshire, in the outskirts of Bradford.
Job Responsibilities:
• Maintain financial records in Xero
• Reconcile Bank Accounts (Both Sterling and Foreign Currency)
• Customer Invoicing from Production Software
• Purchase Ledger Invoice Inputs into Xero
• Monthly Bacs run compiling.
• Controlling Debtors
• Preparing Financial & Sales Reports
• VAT Quarterly submission
• Payroll
• Monthly Journal Posting in Xero
• Petty Cash
• Employee Expenses
• Continual Improvement of Systems
• Government Figure Requests – EC Sales & Intrastat
• General Office Administration when required
Skills
• Analytical
• Great attention to detail
• Self Motivated
• Good communicator
Requirements
• AAT Level 3 minimum
• Extensive Knowledge of Xero Accounting Platform
• Payroll Experience
• Excellent IT Skills
• Experience working for a manufacturer
