Position: Automotive Warranty Claims Specialist
Location: Bradford, United Kingdom
Salary: £28,750 + Overtime

VEHICLE TECHNICIAN / MECHANIC, THIS COULD BE FOR YOU
We are currently seeking an experienced Automotive Warranty Claims Specialist to join our team in Bradford. As a leading automotive company, we are committed to providing high-quality products and services to our customers. This role is crucial in ensuring that our customers receive prompt and efficient resolution for any warranty claims they may have.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process and manage warranty claims submitted by customers, dealerships, and suppliers in a timely and accurate manner.
• Review and validate warranty claims according to company policies and procedures.
• Communicate with customers, dealerships, and suppliers to gather necessary information and documentation for warranty claims.
• Collaborate with internal departments such as sales, service, and finance to ensure proper handling of warranty claims.
• Investigate and resolve any warranty claim disputes.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of warranty claims and related data.
• Monitor warranty claim trends and provide recommendations for improvements to the warranty process.
• Keep up-to-date with industry standards and regulations related to warranty claims.
Qualifications:
• Minimum NVQ 2 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair
• Strong understanding of warranty policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
• Knowledge of automotive parts and components is an asset.
• Experience with warranty management systems is preferred.
