As a Senior Test Engineer you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining various systems required to ensure the stability and quality of our title. This covers code and asset quality at source, through to gathering metrics and data from the running title.
You will work with all members of the development team to provide them with the tools and information they need to make sure the game remains of the highest quality. You will enthusiastically share your passion for testing and quality assurance, championing your cause within the studio to push for higher standards at every opportunity.

Key Duties Include
 •  Working closely with all disciplines to provide the tools and processes needed to monitor the quality of their work, as well as the overall health of the build
 •  Owning the planning and delivery of test frameworks and tooling
 •  Championing the use of automated testing throughout the studio, and promoting a quality at the source approach to all work
 •  Actively sharing data gathered by automated processes to help drive development decisions
 •  Being aware of risks to the project, and taking steps to mitigate them
 •  Actively taking part in our collaborative and creative team spirit
 •  Mentoring other engineers

Requirements
 •  Experience working on testing tools/frameworks on one or more previous titles, from production through to release
 •  Passion for automated testing, and the drive to champion a test-first approach throughout the development team
 •  Excellent written and verbal communication skills
 •  Strong C++ knowledge
 •  Ability to plan and meet scheduled goals
 •  Passion for gaming and game development

Desirable
 •  Previous experience as a Test Engineer or SDET on a AAA title
 •  Experience using Unreal 4 or 5
 •  Knowledge of CI software, such as TeamCity or Jenkins
 •  Experience with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure
