Job Title: HR Advisor- 15 Month FTC
Salary: £30,000-£36,400

The Company:
A UK leading supplier of construction equipment and specialist parts that are based in the North East that are looking to grow the team due to ongoing success through their established a reputation for quality and service.
Job Description:
This role will entail offering guidance to the senior leadership team, assisting with monthly payroll duties and support on any other HR matters.
Skills & experience:
• CIPD level 5 or 7+ years within a HR position
• Payroll experience essential as you will be overseeing payroll for over 300 employees
• Prior experience supporting and coaching SLTs with absence management, disciplinaries, conflict management and performance management
• Support with the compliance of HR policies and procedures- keeping up to date with UK employment law to accurately advise on any updates
