With a strong focus on quality and efficiency, they are seeking an experienced Office Manager to join their team and play a crucial role in managing the office operations seamlessly.

Position Overview: As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of their office operations, including reporting and record keeping, document management, diary management, and maintaining ISO frameworks. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and proficient in utilizing MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Key Responsibilities:

 •  Efficiently manage office operations to ensure smooth workflow and productivity.
 •  Oversee reporting and record-keeping processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards.
 •  Manage document flow, including creation, distribution, and filing of documents.
 •  Coordinate and manage diaries and schedules for team members and executives.
 •  Maintain and update ISO frameworks, ensuring compliance with relevant standards.
 •  Provide administrative support as needed, including managing correspondence and handling inquiries.

Requirements:

 •  Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar role, preferably in the mechanical and electrical services industry.
 •  Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
