Do you come from a chemistry background? Are you comfortable working outside in a non-lab-based role? We are currently offering the opportunity for a new chemist to join an environmental-based company in Oxfordshire. Our client is seeking a hard-working and engaging individual to join their team.
The Role
As a Chemist, you will be responsible for:
• Receiving, inspecting, and separating deliveries of hazardous chemicals,
• Accurately completing and maintaining delivery documentation,
• Loading and unloading delivery lorries,
• Operating waste processing equipment.
Skills and Experience Needed
The ideal candidate will have the following:
• A valid driving licence and access to a car (essential)
• Existing UK work eligibility (essential)
• Able to relocate / commute to Oxfordshire (essential)
• A chemistry-related degree (BSc / MSc / HND) (essential)
• Excellent timekeeping and punctuality (essential)
• An interest in working in an outdoor based / non-lab-based role with manual labour involved (essential)
