We are seeking a forward-thinking Chief Technology Officer (CTO) based in Newcastle, UK to lead our technology team and drive our company's technology strategy. • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address technological needs and opportunities.
Requirements
• Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a CTO or similar leadership role.
• Experience in developing and executing technology strategies.
• Strong understanding of current technology trends and their application to business objectives.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to collaborate and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Experience in managing and mentoring technology teams.
• Track record of successfully implementing technology solutions to drive business growth and operational efficiency.
