An opportunity has arisen within the Croft Centre, for an individual to join our very busy and diverse service.
Salary: £11.50 per hour Location: Sunderland
This is an excellent opportunity for those out there who would like to extend their knowledge in supporting adults with very diverse needs including many different associated conditions related to ASD, sensory impairments and health conditions. We support adults in many different activities based out in the community and in-house, We’d love to hear from you if you: Can demonstrate a positive attitude and commitment to support
Value teamwork and be able to work with colleagues at all levels in an open, cohesive and inclusive way.
Can demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Would participate in training to develop an understanding of the principles of non aversion and the use of low arousal techniques and employ such principles.
Holidays are fixed, set to coincide with local authorities, schools and colleges.
In return, we can offer you: 6 weeks paid holiday increasing to 8 weeks
Day shifts Monday to Friday
Meals provided on shift
