Job Title: JIB Gold Carded Electricians for Nationwide Commercial and Education Projects
Location: Nationwide (UK), Midland-based preferred (Client located in Stafford)
My client is a reputable M&E contractor based in Stafford, specialising in commercial and education projects across the UK. Committed to excellence and customer satisfaction, we are seeking talented JIB Gold Carded Electricians to join our team.
This is an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects and contribute to the success of a family-run business.
Role Overview: As a JIB Gold Carded Electrician, you will be responsible for carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM), reactive maintenance, and installations on commercial and education sites nationwide. You will play a key role in ensuring projects are completed to the highest standards while adhering to health and safety regulations.
The ideal candidates will be Midlands-based, as our client is located in Stafford. This role offers door-to-door paid van access, a fuel card, and the chance to work with a supportive team in a family-run business environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance tasks.
• Conduct installations and repairs on commercial and education sites.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
• Complete work efficiently and to the highest quality standards.
• Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and colleagues.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance as needed.
Requirements:
• JIB Gold Card Electrical Qualification.
• CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme) card.
• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations qualification.
• Previous experience in commercial and/or education projects.
• Midland-based preferred, but open to candidates willing to travel nationwide.
• Excellent technical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid UK driving license.
