Ability to deliver outstanding care for our residents
In depth understanding of the legal requirements such as Health and Social Care Act, CQC regulations, KLOEs and rating characteristics
Hold a full UK driving licence

The successful Home Manager will receive an amazing salary up to £70,000 per annum. This exciting position is a permanent full time role for 40 hours a week, from 9am-5pm. In return for your hard work and commitment you will receive the following generous benefits:
