Responsibilities:
• Resolving AP queries using Service Now system
• First approval of invoice coding
• Checking vendor bank detail changes
• Checking new vendor forms
• Assisting with month end reporting
• Weekly expense report coding checks
• Weekly stock report
• Chasing different departments to approve invoices in a timely manner
• Various ONS surveys
• Reconcile and maintain the petty cash
• Checking for Duty Deferment and PVA statements
• Monthly revenue reconciliation
• Employee concur set up requests
Attributes:
• Confident with an outgoing personality
• Strong communication skills
• Can self-motivate, prioritise and manage your own workload
• Strong attention to detail with number and problem-solving skills
Hours – Monday - Thursday 8.30am - 5pm & Friday 8.30am - 3.30pm
