Rate: £13.75ph
Hours:
Monday - Thursday - 9am-5pmContract Duration: Until end of July 2024.
Our client aims to build and maintain the trust of everyone they work with through rigorously independent decisions, efficient operations, resilience in tackling financial failures and always putting their customers first.
Role Summary
To provide support to the Facilities Management Team operations by maximising personal productivity and supporting effective Facilities Management duties to ensure objectives are achieved and contribute to team, functional, group and scheme goals.
Key Responsibilities
Provide professional Reception service at all times.
Receive visitor arrival requests and schedule their arrival with ground floor Reception personnel.
Meet and greet visitors upon arrival and contact hosts.
Coordinate meeting room administration requirements.
Ensure all Facilities related service desk tasks are accepted, allocated and completed.
Coordinate meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
Become familiar with all IPOS Procure to Pay processes.
Accept all goods in deliveries.
Arrange courier collections and deliveries.
Work daily with both the building Reception and building control to ensure all visitors, contractors' access to client premises.
Coordinate all hospitality lunch orders and deliveries.
Manage day janitors in relation to hospitality and cleaning requests.
Ensure vending supplies are maintained at all times.
Manage contractor access scheduling with Building security to ensure contractor access passes, details and keys are shared with Building control personnel prior to arrival.About You:
Excellent communication skills.
Takes pride in appearance
A mature and enthusiastic approach to solving Reception related queries and issues.
Good understanding of Reception function processes.
A good understanding of Microsoft applications.Essential:
