Are you looking for a long-term role beginning in September? Our partner school is seeking a Year 3 teacher!
Our client school is searching for an enthusiastic and motivated Year 3 teacher to start in September and you will be required to complete the academic year. The school prides itself on its ability to develop resilient, independent pupils who are able to interact with each other in a respectful manner.
As a Year 3 teacher, you will be required to participate in all aspects of school life and be able to create inclusive learning environments. The behaviour at the school is good with staff using restorative practices when conflict arise between pupils.
This one-form entry school has developed a rigorous curriculum and uses schemes of learning such as White Rose Maths, Red Rose Phonics and No Nonsense spelling and grammar to support teaching and learning. As a Year 3 teacher, you will be required to plan lessons aligned to the National Curriculum and differentiate these based on pupil needs and gaps.
The class is supported by a dedicated teaching assistant who is able to work with small groups of pupils as well as provide general classroom support.
The pay rate for this role is a competitive £140-£200 per day, subject to experience. This role is also open to ECTs.

• A secure knowledge and understanding of the primary curriculum
• Experience in a KS2 class
• A commitment to child development and learning
