Job Overview:
We are seeking a talented and creative Web Designer to join our team. As a Web Designer, you will be responsible for designing and developing visually appealing and user-friendly websites. You will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and translate them into effective design solutions.

Responsibilities:
• Design and develop responsive websites using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and objectives
• Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to present design concepts
• Implement designs using various content management systems such as WordPress
• Optimize websites for speed, performance, and SEO
• Conduct usability testing and gather feedback for continuous improvement
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in web design
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Web Designer or similar role
• Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other web development languages
• Strong knowledge of design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)
• Familiarity with front-end frameworks like Bootstrap or Foundation
• Experience with wireframing tools like Sketch or Adobe XD
• Understanding of user experience (UX) principles and best practices
• Knowledge of responsive design principles
• Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
Preferred Skills:
While not required, the following skills would be considered a plus:
• Experience with Python or Node.js for back-end development
• Knowledge of CSS preprocessors like Less or Sass
• Familiarity with Adobe Flash for interactive elements
