Community Care Worker (FT or PT)

BWA Health & Care Services are a domiciliary care company that provides personal care, domestic, practical and emotional support to enable Service Users to live comfortably in their own homes.

What You Need To know:

Contract: Full Time & Part times roles available

Shift Times: Mornings: 7am – 3:00pm, Afternoons: 3:00pm – 9:00pm

What The Role Entails:

Each Service Users' needs will vary according to their care plan, but typical you can expect to:

 •  Deliver personalised care and support in accordance with their individual care plans.
 •  Assist with daily living activities such as personal hygiene, meal preparation, medication management, and mobility assistance.
 •  Provide companionship and emotional support.
 •  Support with shopping, appointments & leisure activities
-Be reliable and foster a sense of connection and well-being by ensuring continuity of care.
-Promote independence and empowerment by encouraging participation in decision-making and activities of daily living.
 •  Maintain accurate care logs by monitoring and reporting changes in health and welfare.
 •  Any other requirements of the job directed to domiciliary care

What We Need from You:

 •  Reliable & consistent
 •  Compassionate and empathetic nature
 •  Good communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively interact with Service Users, families, and colleagues.
 •  Ability to work independently and as part of a team
 •  Flexible & adaptable according to needs of Service Users & their home environment
 •  Full Driving licence and access to a car as part of the job requirements.
 •  No previous experience needed as full training provided and ongoing support.
