We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Assistant to join our client based in Woking.
The Part Time Accounts Assistant will:
Processing accounts payable queries
Dealing with statements
Investigating discrepancies
Reconciling receipts and investigating queries
Check invoices and stock using Xero
Dealing with the sales order process
Deal with credit checks
Check all orders are invoiced
Support with month and year endTo be considered for the Part Time Accounts Assistant you will:
Have previous experience using a finance system
Be confident using Excel
Be proactive and hard working
Have the ability to build effective working relationships
Work with confidence on the telephone
Be a great team playerIn return our client offers a great working environment
