Project Manager Needed - Must have project manager experience
You will need to have had construction experience managing projects
Job Role:
• Planning work effectively across all concurrent job sites
• Attend construction meetings/ pre start up meeting with clients
• Attend site for progress checks / Spot checks on site
• Liaise with site and order materials
• Managing recruitment of temp staff
• Experience dealing with RAMS/Tool Box Talks
• Process time sheets weekly
• Manage construction staff holidays
What you will need
• Full UK Driving licence
• Current CSCS card
• Competent using Microsoft word and excel
• Knowledge of the construction industry
• Excellent timekeeping skills
• Experience working under pressure
• Ability to prioritise and change plans
