Account Manager
Location: Derby
Salary: DOE
Company: A leading large format and signage company.
Role: Responsible for managing account and/or projects from initial concept to completion - through design process to production whilst ensuring an exceptional client service.
• Serves as the main day-to-day contact projects for clients, suppliers, external partners, and the account team
• Project Management of Artwork requirements, ensuring all key dates in the project critical path are met and that the client and
• Participate in meetings with existing clients and internal teams
• Answering client queries/ dealing with issues/ managing client expectations
• Liaising directly with suppliers and printers to ensure the artwork production process runs smoothly and their considerations and feedback are acknowledged and actioned as appropriate.
• Ensures high quality standards in all client deliverables
• Coordinate client-specific projects throughout the lifecycle
• Managing creative projects from initial concept to completion, on time and budget
• Creating job briefs and booking in jobs
• Dealing with client queries and complaints whilst project managing ongoing projects
• Visiting clients on and off site
Requirements:
• Experience working within the print industry – signage / graphics / large format
• Experience within creative design and roll out (preferable)
• Hold excellent customer service / account management experience
• Experience working within a design agency background and/or creative design
• A professional and approachable manner
• Client driven with the ability to anticipate the customer needs
• A high level of attention to detail and a passion for quality, you will take pride in your work to ensure that consistently high standards are achieved and maintained
• Confidence in your own ability and be able to communicate effectively at all levels
• Thrive under pressure during peak periods of work
