Property Manager - Weybridge
Salary Range £28,000 - £35,000 (DOE)
We are looking for an experienced or Senior Property Manager to join our clients successful team in the beautiful Surrey town of Weybridge.
The ideal person will need to be a great communicator and possess excellent customer service and problem solving skills, including the ability to work under pressure and show empathy. They will also need to be highly organised in order to be successful.
Responsibilities:
Managing the day to day maintenance of our Landlord’s properties and arranging works where necessary
Overseeing the works that are carried out
Dealing with the contractor’s invoices when they come in
Excellent communication skills
Excellent customer service skills
Building good rapport with our Landlord’s and Tenants
Managing the renewals of safety certificate (gas, electric and energy performance certificates)
Arranging mid term property inspections (they are outsourced so they just need booking)
