L & C Consulting are now recruiting for a new Account Manager to join a growing, successful sales team for a company in Central Telford. This brand-new Senior Account Manager post will suit a tenacious, skilled professional offering ample rewards.
You’ll be looking to develop on-going, long-term relationships as you represent one of the UK’s leading specialists with the aim of driving the company forward and at the same time cementing the relationship you form with business clients of all sizes including major, multi-national businesses.
Duties will include (but not be limited to):
• Build and develop relationships with existing clients
• Act as a main point of contact for customers, old and new
• Lead generation
• Follow up on incoming enquiries, including attending client meetings and events
• Promote services and products, including cross and upselling
• Work closely with other internal departments, including marketing & technical support
• Put together quotes
• Market research and analysis
• Update CRM
