Registered Manager - Supported Living

We are happy to represent an established service provider for supported living for adults with Learning Disabilities and Mental Health Illness. They thrive to provide an environment that promotes independence and encourages move on for their Service users.
They currently have supported accommodation in Hertfordshire, Kent, Bedford, Coventry and Milton Keynes.

They are looking for a motivated forward thinking and committed Service Manager to join them as they bring their very Person Centred provision to Hertfordshire.

The work environment includes:

Responsibilities:
 •  Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Supported Living Services
 •  Ensure the delivery of high-quality care to clients
 •  Develop and implement care plans for clients
 •  Supervise and train care staff
 •  Conduct assessments and reassessments of client needs
 •  Coordinate with healthcare professionals and family members to provide comprehensive care
 •  Monitor medication administration and ensure compliance with regulations
 •  Maintain accurate records and documentation

Qualifications:
 •  Must be a CQC Registered Manager with a proven track record of achieving several GOOD ratings or above with relevant experience in Supported Living for young adults aged 18-65 with a diagnosis of LD or MH.
 •  Knowledge of medication administration and care practices
 •  Strong leadership and management skills
 •  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
 •  Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
 •  Familiarity with relevant regulations and compliance standards
