One of the UK's top, Quantity Surveying consultancy's is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor with good management and project delivery skills for their Winchester office.
The Senior Quantity Surveyor's Role
The Directors are seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor who can manage a small QS team, whilst also running projects from a quantity surveying and employers agent perspective.
Project wise, the Senior Quantity Surveyor will have a choice of work to get involved in, including a mixture of residential (student accommodation, build to rent, and mixed use), private education, health, fit out, and marine.
The Senior Quantity Surveyor
Ideally MRICS
Quantity Surveying or Employers Agent background
UK Cost Management / PQS consultancy experience
Technically astute - pre and post contract
Enjoys mentoring younger quantity surveyors
Able to support with the APC training
A successful track record of pushing projects forwardIn Return?
