Salary: OHC&AT Business Support Scale, Outer London, Grade PO5/6/7, Spine Points (49-52), £54,129 – £57,201 per annum
Location: Sutton, SM1 1DA
Working Pattern: 36hrs per week, 8.45am – 4.30pm (M-Th); 8.45am – 4.15pm (Fr)

Orchard Hill College & Academy Trust (OHC&AT) is seeking to appoint a highly motivated, experienced, and enthusiastic person to lead our facilities team. The team is part of the central business support team, based in Sutton, that delivers services to our schools and college as part of a multi-functional team including finance, human resources, procurement, marketing, and IT.

You will be responsible for the effective delivery of facilities and services for all our building users including our young people, staff, and visitors and lead on development of the function ensuring that the physical environment is fit for purpose in terms of premises, facilities, and compliance.
As the Trust continues to grow, the role will ensure that the appropriate quality and level of facilities management services and support is in place to support our operational requirements.

As well as ensuring that our current buildings provide a safe and efficient working environment, you will work alongside our capital projects team to ensure that new development and refurbishment projects are mobilised and ready for operational use by our pupils, students, and staff.
