Site Manager – Prime Residential
My client are a prime residential main contractor based in SW London, who specialise, and have an established track record in delivering seamless construction projects, to the highest of standards.
Owned by experience Directors, their projects include prime residential new builds, refurbishments and full fit outs of private single dwellings, with contract values ranging up to £5m.
They have an established presence in SW London, Chelsea and Kensington and have a team of dedicated individuals, working alongside leading architects and skilled craftsmen to deliver high quality bespoke residences.
Due to their volume of current and pipelined projects, they are now currently seeking 3x Site Managers to oversee various prime residential projects, all located in SW London.
Successful candidates will be Site Managers with experience as no.1 on site, as well as stable careers working on prime residential projects.
