We are currently looking for a General Manager for one of our clients in Bolton.
Position: General Manager ( requires experience in the financial industry with experience in FCA reporting and general management)
Location: Onsite in Bolton
Starting Date: July 2024
Salary: In the region of £45,000 per annum, depending on experience
Benefits:
• Full use of a company electric vehicle (Porsche Taycan 4S) starting September 2024
• Company Pension
• Onsite Parking
Hours: Full-time, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday. Additional hours may be required depending on workload.

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager to lead the operations starting from July 2024.
This role is crucial for overseeing the company’s day-to-day activities, managing a small team, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations, specifically those governed by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA).
Responsibilities:
• Manage and oversee the daily operations of the company.
• Lead and develop a small team, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
• Ensure compliance with all financial and regulatory requirements, including FCA reporting.
• Implement and maintain effective management systems and procedures.
• Coordinate with different departments to ensure operational excellence.
• Monitor team performance, providing coaching and mentorship to drive results.
• Manage workload distribution and ensure deadlines are met, including working additional hours as necessary.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in the financial industry, with specific expertise in FCA reporting.
• Previous experience in managing a small team.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and guide a team.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to handle high levels of responsibility and critical decision-making.
• Experience in the insurance industry is preferred but not essential.
• Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment and take on challenges as they arise.
