The job role will be joining an existing team who focus on the Machining side to the business. The role will involve all the technical and quality aspects of primarily nickel and copper-based alloy manufacturing. Full training covering all aspects of contract review, manufacturing management and quality management will be provided (including access to 3rd-party specific training as relevant).
Duties:
• Contract review
• Production routing
• Certification of product
• Liaison/coordinate with other managers
• Generation of customer facing documentation
• Problem solving and root cause analysis
• Interpretation of national and international material specifications
• Continuous improvement
Candidate Requirements:
• Degree in Engineering, Metallurgy, Aerospace, Aeronautical Engineering or similar is essential
• Experience working in a similar role / environment
• Experience dealing with clients
• Aptitude for accuracy with detail
• Time management and organisational skills
• Strong communication skills - verbal and written capability all very important.
