A long-standing and exceptionally proficient Construction Consultancy are actively looking for a self-reliant and curious Construction Project Manager to become part of their forward-thinking team based in West Sussex.
The Construction Project Manager Role
The Construction Project Manager will collaborate closely with a team integrated within the North Central London Integrated Care System (ICS) to offer estate services. A key aspect of this role will entail partnering with this team to execute feasibility studies and options appraisals, as well as crafting scopes of work, with the assistance and insights of design consultants as needed.
Additionally, the Construction Project Manager will take the lead in overseeing all project management activities across their entire life cycle. This entails a focus on delivering new constructions, renovations, and reconfigurations for both NHS Property Services and GP Estates.
The Construction Project Manager
• Relevant project management / building surveying degree
• Able to handle most RIBA stages
• MRICS/MAPM/MCIOB Chartered or working towards
• Consultancy construction project management experience
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills and high level of accuracy
• Prince 2 trained
• Self-confidence and a self-starter
• Driving licence
