Apply now for the position of Kit Assembly, Printshop & Customer Services Supervisor, and you will be responsible for managing a team of approximately 11 direct reports involved in the final finishing and packing of kits, prior to shipping and ensuring on time delivery.

Your Role:

 •  You will be proactively driving the team to maximise output and continuous improvement using effective resource management.
 •  You will be leading continuous improvement projects, including but not limited to CAPA, process control and EHS action closure.
 •  You will be responsible for your team’s development, reward, feedback, adherence to process and effective management through HR Policies.
 •  You will be leading root cause analysis on reported customer complaints and initiate corrective actions.

Your Expertise:

 •  Experience of Lean implementation
 •  Results driven, and flexible to customer demands.
 •  Experience of leading continuous improvement projects
 •  Knowledge and experience of Quality System activities - CAPA, Non-conformance, QN process
