Based in Camberley and at Surrey sites

The Role

It’s a challenging role. It needs high levels of emotional intelligence as well as a practical and adaptable approach to issues that arise on our sites. Our Client Protection Managers are responsible for the running of a portfolio of sites and need to have great communication skills.
You will be the face of the company for both our officers and our clients, making operationally critical decisions daily. One minute you may be updating a demanding client on recent events and the next, offering support or training to our front line staff.
This is a role for someone who likes variety and has the commercial acumen to manage expectations and delivery for both staff and clients. We aim to build long lasting relationships by demonstrating that we deliver to consistently high standards and we can adapt to any change in threat level.

The successful Client Protection Manager embraces our values, is a great communicator, equally at ease with our clients as they are with managing our officers. They are organised, can delegate to team leaders on each site, be supportive and fair but sets standards which reflect the difference between us and our competitors.
There will be a commitment to detail. We take a “ nothing left to chance” approach. The successful Client Protection Manager has the ability to collaborate and play a part in driving the company forward. You will be able to work independently but recognises that we are better together.
You will show consistent leadership to all sites and be quick to encourage and support our staff.

It is undoubtedly not an easy role and not for the faint hearted but we provide a comprehensive induction, clear operating procedures for each site and development opportunities. Duties will include:

 •  Leading specialist security teams who protect high net worth residential estates. This includes K9 handlers, close protection operatives and residential security teams.
 •  Responsibility of circa 20 members of staff (specialist units) – ensuring they display the highest standards of professionalism, and managing staff welfare
 •  Delivering a premium security solution to manage security challenges on these estates, which are frequently targeted by criminals
 •  Building lasting client relationships through proactive engagement
 •  Providing advice to clients on security best practice, and continually improving security delivery
 •  Ensuring you are always at the forefront of modern security practices and risks
 •  Recruiting and on boarding of officers
 •  Maintaining high personal standards as well as those of the deployed officers
