Page Personnel are recruiting for a Management Accountant on behalf of a fast growing, private equity backed business based in Bury.
The purpose of this role is to play a key role in the production of monthly management accounts whilst also getting involved in project accounting & commercial accounting.

This role is part of a close knit finance team working for a fast growing, private equity backed business who provide support to the construction industry with a turnover of circa £60million.
You will be joining the business at an exciting period and will have excellent opportunities to grow and develop with the business.
Description
Management Accountant duties include:
Responsibility for monthly management accounts
Balance sheet reconciliations
Month end journals
Prepayments and accruals
VAT returns
Variance analysis
Budgeting & forecasting
Cash flow forecasts
Project accounting
Audit support
Ad-hoc dutiesProfile
The successful Management Accountant candidate will:
Have a proven track record within a similar role
Be part qualified with ACA / ACCA / CIMA or qualified by experience
Be able to work to tight deadlines
Have excellent attention to detail
Be an effective communicator (written and verbal)
Be able to work alone or as part of a team
Be proficient in MS Office, particularly MS ExcelJob Offer
A salary up to £48,000, hybrid working, study support, pension, parking, holidays & more
