Location: Hybrid, minimum of 3 days in our Winchester office per week

 •  Basis: 6 month fixed term contract commencing May 2024

About the role

You will be part of our Customer Operations Administration Team and will provide support, project coordination and management information in support of our asset management and completion activities.

Your responsibilities will include:

 •  Provide administrative support to key members of the Development, Sales and Customer Operations team
 •  Attend review meetings and meetings with sub contractors to monitor progress and discuss residents' defect issues
 •  To use and become an “expert” on our internal defect monitoring system
 •  Assist the Development team with raising Purchase Orders, checking invoices
 •  Liaise with our Sales & Marketing Department to ensure snags and defects are completed pre and post completion.
 •  Liaising with customers, property managers, and suppliers to coordinate the correction of defects within set KPI’s

This role will sit within the Customer Operations Administration team who support the whole of the Customer Operations team. It may therefore be necessary to provide support to those team members when necessary in relation to other administration activities, from time to time

About you

Experience in a supportive role is essential, ideally gained within a construction aftercare, resident liaison or similar environment.

You will have strong administration & coordination skills and experience of working within multidisciplinary teams.

Skills & knowledge
 •  Excellent working knowledge of Google and cloud-based working tools an advantage otherwise excellent IT skills and ability to pick up and use technology easily
 •  Able to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
 •  Extremely organised and efficient and able to manage tasks simultaneously
 •  Able to develop and maintain project documentation with close attention to detail
 •  Excellent verbal and written communication skills
 •  Ability to plan work in a logical way without close supervision

Qualifications

Customer Service NVQ3 or relevant experience

Full UK driving licence will be advantageous

We support hybrid working and you’ll work a minimum of 3 days per week in our office which offers free onsite staff parking.
