Service Manager - Support for Adults with ASD
Exciting Opportunity: Service manager
Location: Bath
Contract: 37.5 hours a week Permanent On-call (1 in 4 weeks), £100/week when on-call
Pay: £28,653

The Role
Service manager Adults
To manage local projects, ensuring performance KPI objectives, quality standards and contractual obligations are met through effective management of local teams reflecting the values are met. Maintain a visible and active presence within local teams.
Ensure service improvements are embedded within local projects..
Responsibilities include:
Contribute fully as a member of the Operations Management Team to achieve team/organisation objectives and standards, promoting effective communication and teamwork.
Maintain and provide KPI stats/information to Regional Managers for accurate reporting, on a regular basis
Ensure neighbourhood and community relations are maintained responding positively to any concerns when raised.
Effective management and reporting of local services (measured by KPIs, quality, client feedback and budget).
Qualifications / Requirements:
A proven knowledge and understanding of the care and support requirements of people experiencing social exclusion.
Ability to be an ambassador values, culture, and behaviours with the company
Ability to effectively manage own and supervise direct reports workload.
Previous experience working with young adults with complex needs.
