Following a consistent period of success and growth, now is the ideal time to join our world renowned drinks client as a Team Leader in their bottling production team. This role will be pivotal in achieving targets, upholding health and safety and maintaining quality standards.
The successful candidate will inspire the team to embrace a culture of continuous improvement by optimising efficiencies and reducing wastage where possible to further enhance production.
Key responsibilities:
Providing clear leadership and motivation to operators.
Planning and resourcing for the team to achieve maximum output
Monitoring and ensuring on-line quality checks adhere to standards and ensuring compliance with external accreditation requirements
Support the operational excellence journey by embracing lean manufacturing principles and working with the team to create world class habits and behaviours
Key skills:
Bottling experience is essential (drinks, cosmetics, chemicals, etc)
Familiarity with fast paced production environments.
Proficiency in implementing change and new processes.
Experience of improving performance within a manufacturing environment (OEE, Lean, Problem Solving, etc)Our client prides itself on developing and rewarding their staff members to succeed. Around 80% of new roles which open up are filled via internal promotions or moves.
