Thera East Midlands has an exciting opportunity available for a Support Worker - Day Opportunities to join our team in Boston. You will join us on a full-time, permanent basis, working day time hours, Monday to Friday. In return, you will receive a competitive rate of £11.60 per hour.

Thera Group are a charity that support people with a learning disability in the community. We want to demonstrate that people with a learning disability can be leaders in society, but we can’t do this without you! We need Support Workers in the Lincolnshire area to make our vision a reality.
We have recently achieved Skills for Care endorsement which is a mark of quality in recognition of the learning and development you will receive. This is evidence that our training provision makes a significant difference to our workforce and the people we support.
What does a Support Worker in Day Opportunities do?
No two days are ever the same you will be supporting people to participate in a range of fun, recreation, and educational activities
Supporting people to develop and maintain relationships
Building a relationship with the people you are supporting to ensure their needs, wishes and goals are achieved
Provide person centred support to promote independence and enhance well being
The job satisfaction is endless knowing the fulfilment you are bringing to others lives and enabling them to live independently in their community
