Responsibilities:

Manage inventory and parts invoices, ensuring accuracy and efficient supply chain management
Source and order the correct parts in a timely manner, coordinating with relevant parties regarding lead times
Track warranty claims and assist with quoting for parts, providing vital support for smooth operations
Collaborate with engineers to identify required parts and update and maintain a log of equipment in engineer vehicles
Raise purchase orders for materials and parts, contributing to streamlined processes and effective resource utilisation

Complete and submit engineers' timesheets and invoice clients for completed contract work, ensuring precise record-keeping
Handle client enquiries and manage a busy shared inbox, delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining client satisfaction

Set up contracts and input quoted jobs onto the CRM system, ensuring accurate and comprehensive data entry
Provide support with scheduling and booking engineers, ensuring optimal allocation of resourcesRequirements:

Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage priorities effectively
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with engineers and superior customer service
Proficient in using computer systems and software for inventory management, invoicing, and data entry
Previous experience in a similar administrative role
