About the role
As Content Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing digital marketing strategies to enhance our brand visibility, engage our target audience, and drive lead generation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in content creation, website management, social media management, and copywriting.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
• Create engaging and relevant content for our website, social media channels, email campaigns, partnered content, and other digital platforms.
• Manage and optimize our website and website developers to ensure optimal user experience, SEO performance, and conversion rate
• Oversee all aspects of social media management, including content planning, scheduling, community engagement, and performance analysis.
• Produce compelling copy for various marketing materials, including ads, emails, landing pages, and promotional materials.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Client Success, Operations, and Product to align digital marketing efforts with overall business goals.
• Monitor performance and analyze data to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns and initiatives.
• Manage agencies and vendors (i.e. graphic designers, videographers, website agencies) to ensure the delivery of quality work
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing.
• Experience in a start-up environment is essential.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns that drive engagement, traffic, and conversions.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, and content marketing.
• Proficiency in website analytics tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and creativity.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva and/or Figma
• Nice to have: Experience and/or passion for healthcare and technology
