 •  Support the project management team in managing commercial aspects of projects, including cost control, budgeting, and forecasting.
 •  Conduct regular cost analysis and provide accurate financial reporting to stakeholders.
 •  Assist in the resolution of commercial disputes and claims, working closely with legal and technical teams as required.
 •  Manage subcontractor and supplier relationships, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and performance standards.
 •  Provide commercial support and advice to project teams, identifying opportunities for cost savings and value optimization.
 •  Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, regulations, and company policies.

Requirements:

 •  Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
 •  Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Quantity Surveying or commercial role within the engineering, construction, or offshore industry.
 •  Strong knowledge of commercial and contractual principles, with experience in contract negotiation and administration.
 •  Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
 •  Effective communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders.
 •  Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and Word.
 •  Experience with project management software (e.g., Primavera, Microsoft Project) is advantageous.
 •  Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
 •  Willingness to travel to project sites and client meetings as required.

Benefits:

 •  Competitive salary package commensurate with experience.
 •  Performance-based bonus scheme.
 •  Company pension scheme.
 •  Opportunities for career development and progression within an international industry leader.
 •  Supportive and collaborative work environment with a diverse and inclusive team.
