MC Technical Recruitment is currently seeking to recruit an experienced Plant Operator / Operations Technician, to work on a days based Monday to Friday basis on a renewable energy process plant. Our client is a leading business within the Renewable Energy industry, seeking a Plant Operator to join their team.
This role will involve.
As a Plant Operator, you will be responsible for:
Reporting to the site manager, conduct day to day operations on an AD plant
Running the plant via a DCS / SCADA system (control room)
Visual (First line) plant & equipment fault finding
Driving a telehandler to load fuel into hopper
Keeping the site safe & clean
Other duties as required
To be considered for this role you should have:
Operations experience in waste, process, power, marine or related sectors
Or perhaps engineering qualifications but keen to learn to apply in an operational role
Ability to work Monday to Friday Days shift pattern (overnight call out in rota)
Forklift or telehandler licence preferred
Good H&S understanding
