The Role:
Our goal is to deliver great care and support to our customers. You will join a team delivering care and supporting daily living, in our customer’s own homes, in a way that shows respect and kindness. You will be trained from day one and supported by a Care Coordinator, who will guide you in your work.
No two days are the same, but each day you`ll be rewarded by knowing you made a difference to those who need it most. We match our support to each customer`s needs, from personal care, Domestic Duties, medication prompting, to emotional support and social interaction.
Here are the benefits:
Fully paid training and shadow training for all new starters (no experience is required!)
Competitive salary of £11.45 - £13.25 p/h
Free Blue Light Card* and access to Carers Discounts
Refer a Friend Bonus Scheme
Funded, ongoing training and career progression
28 days annual leave (pro-rata)
Uniform and Personal Protective Equipment provided

24. hour support and guidance from an allocated Manager.
