Working hours are Monday – Friday 07.00 – 17.00
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is motivated and ambitious and looking to build a career in the customer service industry. You will be joining one of the UK’s leading logistics companies who have had a record year with impressive ongoing growth plans .
My well-established national client has over 40 sites, employs 3000+ members of staff, completes 400,000 deliveries per year and owns over 4,000 trucks. Due to expansion and progression, they are seeking an experienced customer service executive to support with delivering a first-class service to their key accounts.
Responsibilities
• Taking in bound calls from key account with enquiries, orders and queries
• Working to customer KPI’s on performance and resolutions
• Providing an excellent level of customer service at all time
• Managing complaints and liaising with a number of stakeholders in the business to provide a timely solution
• Logging all enquiries into in house system
• Communicating with clients internal/external via the telephone ,email and face to face
• Building relationships
• Providing solutions
Skills required
• Strong communication skills
• Previous key account/customer service experience
• Resilience
• Able to deal with complaints
• Solution driven
• Strong IT skills
