My client is looking for someone confident to build rapport face to face and over the phone, also have the ability to support with a varied of diffferent workloads with deadlines.
Responsabilities:
• Responding to customer enquiries via email and also over the phone
• Reception duties - greeting customers / phone calls / emails
• Sales order and purchase order processing on sage
• Supporting the finance team, running daily and weekly reports
• Production administration, stock data, and labelling
• Communication with different areas of the buiness if required
• Carry out ad hoc duties or projects as may be required for business purposes
• General administration based duties
Experienced required:
• Microsfot Office experience
• Good orgnisational skills
• Able to communicate both verbally and written
