Poolhall Recruitment are partnering with an established and well respected Sporting Club within the city of Wolverhampton. They outsource their kitchen management to a franchisor and are looking for an established catering professional to run the food delivery section of the club.
As the in house Caterer, you will be responsible for sourcing, preparing and serving food at various events and functions.
Your attention to detail, culinary expertise, and exceptional customer service skills will contribute to the success of our catering operations. This is the full job of sourcing food and delivering to the programme of events throughout the year.
The amount of profit in this deal is down to you, so business experience is essential to be successful in the role. With almost 100k worth of turnover in the facility the opportunity is there to make good earnings and maximise return.
Duties:
• Prepare and cook a variety of dishes for events, including appetizers, main courses, desserts, and beverages
• Set up food stations and buffet tables with aesthetically pleasing displays
• Ensure all food is prepared and presented in accordance with food safety standards
