Customer Sales and Dispatch Coordinator

We are recruiting on behalf of our Leominster based client for a Customer Sales and Dispatch Coordinator on a full time, permanent basis. The successful person will benefit from great career and development opportunities along with on-going training to become an integral part of an established and successful family-owned business.

What you can expect with this role:
 •  Offering a starting salary of £30k
 •  Working hours: Monday – Friday, Saturdays on a rotational basis
 •  Full training and mentoring provided

What you will be doing:
 •  Participation in national and regional shows and exhibitions
 •  Meeting and greeting customers, dealing with sales enquiries both by email, telephone, drop in and confirmed appointments
 •  Completing and processing paperwork into the company computer system, to ensure the smooth efficiency of sales
 •  Developing knowledge of specifications, features and benefits of all product ranges
 •  Assisting with moving, display, pricing and preparation of products to the highest standard
 •  Assist management in planning sales campaigns and promotions to maximise sales
 •  Performing any other ad hock tasks, as required, which will help to contribute to the overall performance of the business

What we are looking for:
 •  A friendly and personable person with a positive mindset
 •  Has the ability to generate sales and repeat business through the development of customer relationships
 •  Experience within sales or service driven environments, with hands on experience within sectors including Warehouse, Retail or Automotive industries
 •  Ability to learn and recall product information on existing and incoming stock
 •  Proficient verbal and written communication skills
 •  Competent administrator, with good all round computer skills
 •  Availability to attend national and regional exhibitions
 •  Able to work as part of a small team
 •  Adaptable, reliable and takes pride in the quality of their work
 •  Full clean driving licence
